Parties or gatherings are not allowed in the room. The Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants.
Reservations are non-transferable.
No-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay (including applicable taxes).
The Property reserves the right to evict guests due to misconduct or safety concerns.
Guests must present valid identification upon arrival.
Special offers have unique terms that override general terms in case of conflict.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene and complying with safety guidelines.
Guests must safeguard Property assets and may be charged for any damages caused.
Notify the Property of allergies or sensitivities before arrival.
Lost and Found Policy
Lost items are stored securely and may later be discarded or donated. Guests can collect claimed items with valid ID or arrange for shipment at their expense.
Liability Disclaimer
The Property is not responsible for economic losses, travel delays, or other inconveniences caused by external events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or equipment failure.
Pool and Lobby Hours
Lobby hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Assistance is available via phone or chat outside these hours.
Pool hours: 9 AM to 6 PM.
